Video

Lights, camera, action! No—I’m not a professionally trained actress. Rather, I have helped craft video content for customer-facing websites (not to say that I haven’t made an occasional webinar appearance).

Video Script Writing

Benefits are complicated. That’s why we created a full library of educational videos during my tenure at PlanSource. These videos are provided for free (no email gate!) to help companies simplify the benefits education experience.

Here are three scripts I worked on for the expanded video library:

What are commuter benefits?

Know Where to Go: Telehealth, Urgent Care, Hospital

What is an Employee Assistance Program (EAP)?

Video Testimonials

If a picture is worth a thousand words, what’s a video worth? That same concept applies to proof points. While written case studies are great, video testimonials are pure marketing gold.

Here are a few of the video testimonial I led with some very savvy customers and partners:

Tami Wlajnitz, Johns Hopkins Medicine

Kevin McFadden, Aflac

Melissa Swindull, St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office

Taylor Clausen, Jellyvision

Scott Colford, Cross Insurance

Webinar Planning

A true jill-of-all-trades, I’ve also had my fair share of experience managing webinars and online events.

At Wistia, I had the pleasure of co-managing the entire webinar program. Our team was responsible for the entire webinar process, from coming up with ideas that aligned with larger marketing initiatives and creating the content to managing technical requirements and promotions that drove registrations. You can check out Wistia webinar content here.

I also co-hosted a four-part virtual event series in 2021 around Wistia’s Channels product. Each event focused on a specific use case for Channels to drive awareness and adoption. We also announced a brand new product feature in each of the sessions that matched the use case we highlighted. Check out the full series below!
