Explore Insider Newsletter

I own the VMware explore insider newsletter, a new program I built from scratch in 2024.

The newsletter was introduced as the first year-round owned email program for the VMware Explore event.

Members enjoy quite a few perks:

  • First-to-know about event announcements and milestones

  • VIP seating for the event general session and other keynotes

  • Guided hands-on-lab tours

  • Exclusive Insider swag

  • Chance to win a free ticket to next year’s event

The program is designed to engage and nurture our event superfans, ultimately increasing year-over-year event attendance and reducing the cost to acquire attendees.

The newsletter has over 2,500 subscribers and a ~40% open rate.
